Overview

Improve splits, backbends, and full-body flexibility while focusing on injury prevention and strength.

All Levels welcome! In this class students will learn how to properly warm up and stretch their entire bodies. They will practice left/right front splits as well as straddle and middle splits, they will also be introduced to back bending and forward bending technique. Emphasis on strength is key to avoiding injury!
